P1, pole position, race leader, race winner. But much more.
With 35 years+ of experience of motorsport, the above has always been true. Championships are earnt and luck only gets you so far. With a greater understanding and knowledge, comes better performance, consistency and results. I want to see you improve, I get a sense of achievement seeing a client become their best self, getting improved results and a P1!
As a race coach, I will both sit in and use data (V-Box, PI etc), for session reviews to extract pace from any driver, through greater understanding, improved technique, consistency and building confidence. I am also able to help with translating the feelings passed back from the car to the driver, which can then in turn help the engineers with tuning the vehicle.
It isn’t that I love winning, I do. But I hate losing more.
